Aside from racing, I can't find a mainstream sport that fails to entertain me to some extent. Neither is a personal favorite, but golf and hockey are both fun to watch.

Auto racing is boring, but horse racing is probably the most entertaining sport out there. Some of those bicycle races during the olympics are fun to watch, mostly just the short distance ones.
