First day I ordered a large oxtail with a side of a jerk chicken roti...
It's a lunch counter so the skin doesn't quite have that "grilled low for 4 hours" feeling that beach BBQs always seem to get. Spices on point tho. I can see a noticeable weight gain in the mirror.

I didn't run the survivor, someone ran it on some site that I thought worked out really well.

Admo is running $300 squares over in hsnl.
