Just weigh yourself tonight, scouts honor that you don't starve yourself and cut water weight all day. In theory you should be heavier at night, so I don't think a weight penalty should be necessary if you eat and drink normally. But get it together man, it's 2017, the girlfriend reminder is suboptimal

I have already eaten a huge breakfast and lunch so in theory I will be starving myself before I weigh in first thing in eve. I don't usually like... sneak burgers at my desk or anything.

Yeah I need to get it together. I have only lost a chunk of weight because I was sick for a week. My diet has been like.. a 5 out of 10.

I am the worst.

Basically weighed in at the worst possible time - lost a little bit to make next month harder but after eating huge salty breakfast + lunch I have little chance of winning. This is a little bit higher than I've weighed in any morning this month

I am really lunchabling up this contest.

It's HU vs dudd (who has an appropriate name btw). % lost 50 per month with 100 bonus for overall % lost. Real life has been a bit messy lately so I'm scattered to say the least. No excuse is a good one tho... this month's loss reminds me of starting a late night MTT while sleepy or forgetting to put a stop loss on a stock. A dumb mistake you should make once.

Dudd: 214.0 -> 203.8 -> 197.2
DZ: 210.6 -> 208.4 -> 202.2

So DZ has lost less weight in two months than I lost in one and he's in here crying about running bad. May I suggest eating less fatty?
