Can you imagine the carnage if a rider says something negative about a Bay area sports team???

friend in SR told me he had a Uber driver that appeared to be making bets on his phone as he drove, got mad, called me a "penetrate" and ended ride early. His Yugo smelled like onions & chicken..

My brother lives in Sonoma and he called an uber last night. He said that a guy named Jim with only 3 stars accepted the ride but my brother didn't like the 3 star rating so he tried to cancel. When he re-requested his ride, Jim instantly accepted it again and then snapped called him. When my brother answered he said Jim was yelling into the phone wishing him and our entire family a cancerous death for his canceling the ride. He blamed my brother for his low ratings and low wages and when my brother asked when Jim was so insulting Jim responded "I only called you to defend myself you disgusting penetrate, you better hope I don't find you or I'll gape you and then gape your mother." Then he snapped off the call.

When my brother e-mailed uber and explained what happened they replied that Jim had a right to defend himself and people like my brother are the reason why people like Jim have to drive uber and can't get a normal job anymore.

Not Jim then as he doesn't bet his own picks.
