Not going to pretend to be a fitness expert and tell you what to do with that time. But I can tell you what not to do:
Don't spend 30 minutes between packing your gym bag, driving to the gym, changing in the locker room just to work out for 30 minutes and then spend another 30 minutes to get back. That's an absurd waste of time and yet a lot of people do exactly that.
Worst thing I often see: People driving to the gym to get on the treadmill and then drive back home. Why would anyone want to do that? Just put on your running shoes, step out the door and start to run.
FWIW, I bet the majority of people who claim they have no time to work out could cut an hour of TV/Netflix at night, go to bed instead and get up an hour earlier and go for a run.
