Porn of adults depicting children are constitutionally protected, unless they are obscene (and thus unprotected) for some other reason.
IIRC, though, a federal circuit court or two have held that porn is not protected if a real child's face is superimposed onto an adult's body.
Edit: Wow, based on one of the links posted above, it looks like a federal circuit has said the government can criminalize cartoon child porn. Without having read the decision, it seems wrong under Ashcroft.
