The whole point of this is that a 30% discount on a totally defective product is complete bullsh*t. I've already gone through what I think is a compelling argument that their product was in fact defective. Not only did they not replace the tree, the owner didn't have time for an unhappy customer when I was there, and never gave me a call back about it after I left, even though he said he would. Imagine you bought a phone, got it home, and it didn't work. You went back and the store said, well, we can give you a 30% discount on another one.
