You know i am glad you asked. Answer is no, i would never be able to make money that way as me and my family suffered greatly from me taking loans from loan sharks. It starts small and innocent and ends very bad. Depends who you take it from , so try not to deal with very serious people who will not leave you alone and you have to find the money somehow, if you can't then you either rob th bank or kill the loanshark. Sometimes , if people loaning money are amteurs it can end at thhem visiting your house asking for money from family and it can end there if family is smart enough not to give them anything. Its a wide spectrum pf people loaning money, all are scum but not all are serious criminals who will not let go. Most are asing for a collateral, i am guessing above posters have none, hence the much higher vig, because sometimes they will lose the money it happens a lot too, there is all kinds of people, i know a guy who killed a loan shark , i know some that moved away and very gfew are actually going after parents in a serious way, because they will know where you live , this is the minumum. But fr normal person, someone notready to stand up for himself in a serious way it ends very badly in most cases, where parents end up selling property to pay off debts etc... taking these loans at 10-20% per month, perhaps returning a few times then taking more ut almost never ends , until it does...so i suggest to people to exercise more patience and be smart not to get involved in this, or if you do then try do t in away that they can not connect you to your family and take as much money as possible and run....but yeah i guess different situations, if you have wife kids dont do it..but this is not in us, i wonder how things are over there..

also another advise if yu really need the money and are prepared to take large amount of money from loanshark, just skip the whole ordeal dealing with these people and go for a drug run yourself, risk some prison time and at least if you make it the money is yours you dont need to give it to nobody and save your family from having to deal with these people because thats where they will go when you have nothing to give them, which will happen. You may have to do it anyway later, so better to do it now when you are stronger

Which pption would you choose and why, rob the bank (store) or kill the loanshark or do nothing? Would you be a lamb or a tiger in this situation, and its very real scenario when there is no money to give. Be honest. I was in this situation several times, was close to robbing a store i had a gun on me , i was speaking to friend who told me hw this person who is working at the store may have traumas for all their life and why would you do something like that to another person, so i gave up.

I advised to never take money from loansharks in the first place, its hell. But if you do, then its important to have some things in mind and do it in least potentially painfull way for you and people around you. I guess a limited sum with decent vig (up to 10% per month) you can live with and return relatively fast and no harm done, but in many cases i have seen , it rarely ends like that. I am talking about gambling with the money folks, no surgeries or car insurance payments, i am talking 5 different people chasing your ass because you are late a month with no possible way of paying them the vig.
