As far as proclaiming how fast I am with numbers to strangers online, I did that because it was relevant to the blackjack conversation. Its part of the reason I go to the casino and try to take my belt off.

I would really like if we could turn the focus of this conversation on ways I can spend the next year saving money without getting depressed and thinking about my atrocity of a past.

I would say you seem to display an almost child-like lack of impulse control. Mentally weak, if you will. end of month 1=5600 owed -700 paid =4900
end of month 2=5500 owed -700 paid =4800

I would be paying down the principal 100 a month (assuming this is 3%wekly interest on the initial amount owed and not compounding interest)

It would take me 50 months to pay this back which would total 35k.

That would be 30k in interest.

When I was 4 years old I was given a test to see where they should put me in school. They said I could be in 6th grade but didnt recommend it because I was emotionally underdeveloped.

I have ADD and I am addicted to gambling. The first time I gambled in college I was 17 with a fake ID and I won 310 dollars which might be the worst thing that ever happened to me because I was hooked right away. I was not playing basic strategy, I would simply play each hand how I felt and I was betting like 10 dollars a hand I smoked them for 310.
Had never even seen a book on blackjack or basic strategy.

But to answer your question I have seen a doctor who diagnosed me with ADD a few years ago. As far as I know that and an anger management problem and my gambling addiction are my only problems in life.

Perhaps I should mention that I used to be one of the biggest potheads alive starting at like age 15.

I used to smoke before school, during school, after school, then before bed, etc.

I have blazed up entire forests.

I can assure you that a good percentage of time people display a limited understanding of unconventional perceptions and ideas and their tendency is to point the finger at the person who is unconventional and call them dumb simply because they are incapable of grasping a new idea.

People are so certain they are correct and the conventional way of thinking is usually correct.

In elementary school I won my school spelling be, then the regional spelling bee, then got 10th place in my county. Also I won the math bee, 1st place.

When I was young I was something of an intellectual legend.

In 2nd grade I not only beat the entire class at the math game "around the world" but I also defeated the teacher. This was talked about for many years.
