You don't get paid under the table by a plastic surgeon. That's the least believable part of your story.

If you really want people to believe the accident story, you could post a link to news articles about the accident, a picture of your ID, and your car's registration.

The best way for you to handle the situation would be (1) find a real doctor that doesn't require prepayment or (2) spend the next 2 months saving instead of repaying.

That she was horribly injured in a car accident, yet has no access to insurance money, seems pretty suspect as well. I'd say that the effort put forward by our latest potential borrower is sub-par compared to the previous people that have successfully borrowed money on this forum.

The reason why I can offer my car as collateral is because it wasn’t my car, it was my aunts. We live in a no fault state, but it happened in a fault state and I didn’t even have Medicaid at the time. Like I said in response to the comment before, I can post a link to the article, my ID, and my car registration. (Edit was pics I’ll include)

Why did you think that redacted documents and an unrelated article (on its face) would prove your story? The story you link should have your name, which of course should match the ID and registration. And of course you should post the VIN. Otherwise how would we know that the collateral you're offering actually is worth more than the loan you're seeking?

I've never done this before so I didn't know what I should and shouldn't show okay. I'm adding the pic with my VIN so y'all can see that the car is worth more than the loan. I really don't have an explanation for the article. Our names were taken down by the police and everything but they weren't mentioned in the article, and I'm not going to make up some ridiculous lie about why it wasn't mentioned. FWIW, I can see that if you are in somebody else's car and were in an accident outside of FL, you would not necessarily get PIP benefits.

I am going to assume you are telling the truth, and i will go ahead and tell you that there may be better ways of approaching this than paying $8K out of pocket.

1. Were you driving the car?

2. Did you cause this accident?

3. Are you a named insured on this vehicle?

4. I don't know too much about health insurance, and somebody else may be able to weigh in on this, but without a preexisting condition requirements that now exist after Obamacare, why can't you just get health insurance now and have that pay for your treatment?

1. I was driving and technically at fault (but I hadn't been texting or smoking or anything).

2. It's my aunt's car and even though I lived with her, I'm not on her insurance for it.

Why do you have to have the surgery on June 18th and pay by May 18th?

He requires the money 4 weeks in advance. I put down a deposit for $750 for the surgery date of June 18th, which was dumb I know, after my consultation with him. If I try to reschedule, he probably won't have anything open until late July/early August but I can't deal with this problem anymore.

Isnt it standard to request a topless pic in this proces? You might as well go ahead and post that anyway. Maybe you can get the loan packaged with that quarter of a titty job to go with it, who knows!
