Definitely can't do a payday loan. I'm young (obviously above 18) so my employment history spans 2 waitressing jobs and the receptionist -> assistant job I've had for around 5 years. I never filed taxes or anything like that when I was 18 working at my old place (my boss purposely didn't tell us what a tax return was, I had no one around me to explain how to even do taxes, etc) , and the doc's office that I work at pays me under the table. Literally every place I've contacted for a loan has declined me because although I have a 720+ credit score, I've only had one line of credit open for a year. I don't have proof of income because of all that. Which makes me really regret agreeing to being paid under the table because I didn't consider how much it would screw me over later.

I'm pretty desperate and summer's right around the corner so I'll be working like crazy so I'm not very concerned about the rate, I just need to money and then I'll be able to pay off the loan relatively quickly. Obviously a month is a very short period of time, 2.5 months is more realistic but I could do it.

I could put up a car as collateral or maybe something else but obviously I don't own a house or pay rent or anything.

It's not a boob job. Considering I work for a plastic surgeon, I could get my tits inflated for, like, less than a quarter of the regular price or even free. He doesn't specialize in what I need fixed, though, hence why I'm here begging for anyone to help me.

It's not like I randomly stumbled here hoping someone would be in a "generous" mood. And whether you believe it or not, I can pay it back. I have no bills besides half my car insurance and my phone bill, get paid pretty well at the docs office, and work at a high end restaurant. I'm offering collateral (my car, which is how I get to work) because I know how it sounds and I'm trying to prove my authenticity.

Why not get a title loan?

Sounds to me like you should be able to save up the $8K you need for this procedure without the benefit of a loan. Congratulations!

I've heard of them but I guess I'd just rather do it this way. Also, I thought most title loan lenders expect the money at the end of 30 days and realistically I can't pay it back in that period of time. But either way my car would be collateral.

I already explained that this doctor needs the money a month in advance. A month from the procedure date is the 18th. I had to cover my brother's medical expenses with money I had saved up; now I have to cover mine. If I had until the week before June 18th to pay for it, I wouldn't be here right now, offering my only way to work as collateral for a loan. I get you don't take me seriously and think I'm bluffing and that's fine since El Diablo got screwed over so many times (as I'm sure many others have), but I'm not offering a sob story, not asking for money without anything to give up, etc. If that amount of money is too much, fine; I'd take anything people are willing to loan out to someone like me at this point. But I can't make 8k in three weeks, unless I decided to sell a kidney or something crazy.

Why would you want a loan from a random person on the internet using your car as collateral, but not from a loan company, unless you are running some sort of scam or didn't think you'd be able to pay it back? How isn't this exactly what you want, from the first google result for car title loan?

It's just because of the proof of income. I thought all loans required that. Is there any way to get around that with basically no tax history? The title loan sounds amazing, though.

If you have two jobs why can't you get proof of income?

I tried to explain this in one of my previous posts but it's all the way up there. The doctor I work for pays me under the table. My boss at the restaurant hired me when I was pretty young with very little knowledge of taxes. She never mentioned it for whatever her reasons are so I worked without reporting my tips or anything really. I'm trying to figure it out, and if I could end up doing the car loan that would be great, but I'm worried I won't have everything by the 18th. Is there any way for you to PM me btw or is it only available once I have the ability to?

I only do loans for breast implants nowadays since they have proven to have the highest pay back rate.

Build up a post count and message Howard, I believe he still does all sorts of loans.

I can't tell if you're being serious about the first part, just because I know girls who have taken out loans (not from loan sharks obviously) to get cosmetic stuff done. Besides post count, is there any way other way to build legitimacy?

Posting what kind of medical procedure you need would be a step in the right direction.

Okay. I didn't want to mention the details because I saw what happened earlier with a guy who had a sob story.

I was in a major accident two months ago. The airbag fractured two ribs and broke my nose. My ribs healed in 7-ish weeks; my nose is still messed up. I have a severely deviated septum which makes breathing out of the left side of my nose nearly impossible. This isn't a cosmetic "septoplasty". The doc I went to see has worked extensively with nasal injuries and does a good job correcting the internal portions while not totally screwing up the external. I had enough saved up to be able to pay for this on my own, but I used it on my brother instead because his injuries were more immediate than mine.
