You might want to look up collateral in the dictionary, because if you arent willing to give over a pink slip, then you don't have any.

Lexus pink slip gets you a little more than half way there as far as collateral. Depending on car details, you'll need to provide $5-7k in additional collateral beyond signing over the Lexus. What you got?

250 weekly starting 7 days after pay out of 12 weeks
12,400 at end of term due
Pink slip on a 2005 Lexus RX 300 collateral
And a signed policy cash out for a 21,200 cash out life insurance policy.
And we still not there? More collateral?

Usually people looking for loans that carry an extremely high risk of default are a bit more careful with the language they choose. You seem awfully comfortable with the idea of not paying people back for arbitrary reasons.

It is mind blowing that the words "I am unlikely to pay" were ever typed by you. Isn't much worse of a red flag than that.

What you outlined as terms are correct. Are you saying you'll cash out the policy in one of my associate's name as additional collateral?

If so, yes that is more than enough and we can make this happen. If not, then you'll need to come up with 5-7k more collateral in addition to that car.
