Also what is your relationship with your parents. Would you consider asking them for a loan? I think most middle class parents would be willing to loan their son $5K if you admit that you have a problem and are trying to get help.

I dont really like poker. Dumb game, too much luck involved. Poker players are funny. "Variance" "Results oriented"

Poker players are dumber than dirt lol. Not trying to be a dick but its like they outsmart themselves, also they try to apply to much poker theory into daily life and misapply it.

Anyway what makes you think I am from a middle class family? My parents have money but they probably wouldnt help me out of this mess. Dad already co signed for me so I could get the bank loan, and that money was lost gambling.

My casino doesnt have roulette.

Anyhow I have made a decision. I am just going to quit all forms of gambling for an entire year, 365 days.

In this next year I will work, go to the gym, pay bills, read, work on self improvement, and save every possible penny I can.

I may even look into getting a second job.

In one year I will launch an all out assault on the casino.

Let the countdown begin.

I already have shelter. In a beastly maneuver worthy of a wizard I paid my rent yesterday. I am currently posting from my own room. I paid for the roof above my head, for the interweb access I am currently using.

Yes, they do. They see it all the time.

They dont like to talk too much about it because I think I showboat with it a little bit and they dont like to acknowledge the fact that Im superior.

Play blackjack. Bet $70, let winnings ride. Win 5 hands in a row and you're at $2,240 or higher if you hit a blackjack along the way. Better odds to win 5 hands in a row at blackjack than to hit single # at roulette, so you're even more likely to be successful with this strategy.

25k is peanuts in the big picture. Its borderline freakin poverty level.

Although I am single and have no kids so its only me I have to support.

Supporting a family of 6 would be easier than supporting my own gambling habit though.
