Looks like you make about $600 extra each month after the bills you mentioned. Let's say you live $3/day ramen, so $100 in food. How much is gas per month? Let's say $50. Add another $50 for random ****. That leaves you with $400/mo.

In three months you could have your two cash advances and credit card paid off.

Then you could in three months after that have your bookie paid off.

Then you're making $900 extra per month after those bills and can start eating something other than ramen and putting a bigger dent in some of your other debts.

IMO you're not in terrible shape as long as you quit gambling and commit to putting every last dollar you earn towards paying back your debts as quickly as possible.

A)stop gambling. This may be a problem but I would be remiss if I didn't tell you that upfront
B)sell the car. If you can drop the $250/mo payment by trading it in and getting the cheapest POS you can reasonably drive, do it. You may even be able to get some extra cash to pay off debts depending on how much your current car is worth. And consider canceling the gym for a few months
C)pay off the cash advance (i assume the interest rate is > the credit card) then the credit card, then the bank loan. I don't know what the bookie is charging you but if he allows you to pay back over a longer period of time or for less interest then try to work with him. Only make minimum payments on your student loans for now.
D)Consider getting another job until you dig yourself out of the hole
E)Don't get cash advances or any other expensive loans ever again. Even credit card debt - avoid it like the plague. Once you're out of the *bad* debt you can build up an emergency fund so that you aren't tempted to go into credit card debt again.
