Im actually not being a dick when I say this, but you have to be a winning player in order to have a "bankroll", otherwise you just have an amount set aside that your losses are coming from until you run out.
In this day and age, having a solid emotional/mental competent is just as important (if not more so) as the logic/math aspect of the game. Even if you are the whizz with numbers you claim, you strike me as someone whos likely very tilt prone and impulsive, which arent good traits to have and be a solid long term winner.
The hardest part about poker, and the entire reason its profitable is because people have an ego and they feel the need to protect it. When they win, its because they are good, when they lose its because of bad luck, and it is really ****ing hard to know when those things arent true. By evolutionary design we are horrible at separating our decisions from the results. To be profitable you have to be good at this, and make your living off the people who fail at it. Again, not saying this to be a dick, but you have a huge ego. Youve got a hundred people telling you you arent the number and odds whiz you think you are, yet they are all wrong and you are right. When you are playing bad at the table, you could have the worlds best players telling you that you are making mistakes, and you are going to say its just bad luck.
Your best play is just to quit gambling all together, dont look at poker any differently than any other form of gamble. If you were hell bent on it tho, get a copy of "Theory of Poker" by David Sklansky and read that. If you dont have the discipline to even read the whole book before you play, then it doesnt bode well for your ability to succeed.
