Big, moo:

How long would it take a commercial airline to fly from Sydney to Johannesburg?

How long would it take a commercial airline to fly from Sydney to Chile?

If that's the case then why is it that in the Southern Hemisphere during the winter, the farther south you go the earlier you can see the sun in the morning and the later you can see the sun in the evening? According to your model the cross-section of sun that is shining down is smaller below the Tropic of Capricorn on Dec 21, so they should see less sun and therefore have a shorted day.
Noone actually lives in the Southern Hemisphere. Beeyoft.

The moon travels counterclockwise around the earth (when viewed looking straight down at the north pole from above), so from west to east. Therefore when it moves through the shadow of the earth, the eastern edge of the moon will be the first to appear in shadow (which it does here).

Because of the refraction of light caused by the earth's atmosphere, we can see the sun and the moon appear higher in the sky than they actually are when they are close to the horizon. Additionally, because the sun is so much larger than the earth, the earth casts two different shadows - one is where no sunlight reaches, the other is where sunlight reaches from only one side. This second shadow is where you are seeing the moon pass through here.

Penumbras and emanations. Sounds like SCIENTIFIC ACTIVISM to me.

None of that matters.

According to flat earth theory, the distance around the Tropic of Capricorn is greater than the distance around the Tropic of Cancer. The sun travels at the same speed when it traverses each of these lines, yet it takes the sun the same amount of time to travel each of these distances. That's not possible.

Lets just call this shadow the daytime shadow. How does the daytime shadow appear on the moon upside down & off center in this video?

You also never explained how the sun shines down on the earth in different shapes depending on the day (your explanation of how the sun avoids shining on the north pole while simultaneously shining well below the Tropic of Capricorn at 4 am on Dec 21; or how on Mar 21 everywhere along the Prime Meridian sees sunrise at basically the same time)

I just explained. Because the moon is moving from west to east, the eastern edge of the moon will be the first to hit the shadow. The western edge of the moon is the closest to the horizon (since we are looking west when viewing this); therefore the eastern edge is the opposite side.

To be fair, you have responded to a few of my questions. What I've learned is that you think Einstein's work is rubbish, that nuclear weapons used in Japan was a hoax and that you believe it is "unlikely" that anyone could split an atom.

What you refuse to answer is: In your opinion, was the Holocaust a hoax? Can you provide a single example of a prediction that FE theory makes that is not predicted by RE theory or science? What is your dome made of and how high is it?

I'll consider your answer to the 2019 solar eclipse question a bonus since that requires math and we all know math is hard.

ETA: What are your qualifications, academic or otherwise, for espousing FE theory?

Don't need qualifications when you'd be indoctrained. Their qualifications are they're good at trying to make **** up on the fly and finding and posting YouTube videos. I think a clear mind is also a requirement.

It truly is amazing how every moron (they're not trolls in the "Don't believe it" way) who gets caught up in stuff like this believes in stuff like men's rights activism, the holocaust being fake, moon landing being fake etc. They won't find a conspiracy theory they don't like.
05-15-2017 , 01:56 PM
Yup. Once you believe in one conspiracy theory you usually end up believing in all of them.

No, Hiroshima and Nagasaki were selected as targets precisely because they had not received much previous damage and the Americans wanted to study the effects of atomic bombs on virgin targets. Kyoto was the original second target but Secretary of War Stimson barred it on the grounds that he was personally familiar with the city, having visited it in the 1920s when he was governor of the Philippines. It has also been claimed that he honeymooned there in the 1890s.

The notion of the atomic bomb as a hoax descends from a popular conspiracy-theory novel, The Jesus Factor by Edwin Corley, published in 1970. I remember it well, but you are not supposed to take things like that seriously.

Anyone who openly denies the Holocaust (or nuclear bombs being dropped on Japan) should have that denial be their permanent under title.

Stand by your ******ed beliefs if you're going to spout them. If you're not willing to own the undertitle GTFO and beeyoft you penetrate
05-15-2017 , 03:15 PM
Moo should be very excited to wear a "the earth is flat, you sheeple" undertitle with pride and should be demanding it from LFS or Cit ASAP.

Bigot has to wear the under title if the most absurd thing he believes in, so if that's holocaust denial than so be it.

Someone should start a 'the sky is red' thread to see how long it lasts.

No one has to contest it, because it's clearly false. It would not last past the first page.

This thread has over 1,000 replies because you are threatened and defensive. If the earth was so obviously round and spinning you'd have no need to resort to ad hominems and political correctness, as if it helps prove your point.

But of course, that is shillposting 101; Attack the messenger to distract from the message.

33 is just a number. Right.

Nope. Flat earth debunks pizzagate and the mandela effect, off the top of my head. Not to mention the 2 party political system that AOF is so hopelessly entrenched in (MRAs! MRAs EVERYWHERE!). Ever wonder why discussion between the left wing and right wing is impossible? It's designed to be that way. Break free of the lies and deception, and love your fellow brothers and sisters. Enjoy your time on this static plane.

Perception is reality, but the globe is dead.

Babs thread had 99,000 post so obviously he's a master hunchcapper and everything discussed within the thread was super legit, because you know, post counts
05-15-2017 , 03:47 PM
Moo why do you choose such poor logic for examples? Like post counts or applying numbers to strictly English and solely names you pick out to draw connections? Is it because all of your ideas are fixed in poor logic?
05-15-2017 , 03:50 PM
Also if you believe so firmly in flat earth are you willing to own a "the earth is flat, wake up sheeple" permanent undertitle so you can bring more awareness in the forum to your beliefs?
