See, even greg has bad posts sometimes. Happens to the best of them...
Just copied below from
here, as I semi-remembered posting about it before:
I pulled up beside Charles Stewart's car after he shot his wife and himself, but before the ambulances arrived who were looking for them.
I was in the passenger seat driving down St. Alphonsus in Roxbury, where I was living and going to school nearby.

Quote:
On October 23, 1989 Stuart, manager of the upscale Kakas Furs on Newbury Street, and his pregnant wife, the former Carol DiMaiti (born March 26, 1959, in Boston), a lawyer, got into their car after attending childbirth classes at Brigham and Women's Hospital. According to Stuart's subsequent statement, a black gunman with a raspy voice forced his way into their car at a stoplight, ordered them to drive to nearby Mission Hill, robbed them, then opened fire, shooting Charles in the stomach and Carol in the head. Stuart then drove away, despite his wound, calling 911 on his car phone.
As we drove by slowly because we were just pulling away from a light, I looked over and we made eye contact for a split second and I knew something was wrong so I said pull over and as we did the first ambulance came tearing around the corner.
I saw them immediately start doing cpr on passenger on a stretcher near the passenger side and we thought is was a drug deal gone bad for sure because we were right on the edge of the projects. Found out later that was not the case. Cool story bro.
