I've gotten a bunch of people undertitles, but they have to be both deserved and kinda random, not often one of their choosing. The quickest I ever got someone an undertitle was the vegas bartender who went on a bender in the middle of his thread and started spouting philosophical craziness while banging one of his bartender friends in his car before her boyfriend showed up.

Asking for it is usually a great way to not get one, but keep doing you and you'll maybe see something special one day

Saw her today!

She started making my cold brew when she saw me but put sugar *ugh* in it. So there was a re-do and possibly imagined eye-contact when she handed me the receipt.

Eh **** it, I gave her a great review this morning. Maybe, just maybe I'll do that every Friday.

Oh my fancy Ethopian coffee came in! OMG I've had it hot and iced and love, love, love it. Tastes so smoooth. Jesus, NOTHING like Dunkin.

I only ordered 1lb but before I order again, I'm going to hit a local roaster here in Boston and try something else.

Finding a local roaster should be super easy in your part of the world. A lot of them just drive me crazy though because they sell the beans in 12oz lots rather than 1lb, yet charge as if it's a lb. Try Costa Rican, it's usually pretty damn good. Guatamalan too. I always look at what flavor notes they claim it has and go for one that's either chocolaty or fruity.
