Not sure what that's supposed to prove. Looks pretty windy, like typical 50-60 mph wind gusts. Not like the guy is clinging to a tree for dear life or anything. It suggests that the wind may not be as strong as he is implying, since the two people in the background seem to be doing just fine without bracing themselves from falling over.
