I am severely uneducated in regards to cheese. I didnt much care for odd cheeses when I was a kid, and haven't made an attempt to learn yet with my broadened pallet.

I have no idea what to expect will be inside that enormous can Josie is much too fatigued to open.

I have a kilo block of cranberry stilton it will take me a week or so to get through. I prefer it with hot pepper jelly and baguette.

I am also currently going through a giant triangle of parmesan. I once ate an entire half-wheel over a few months at law school. I just break off chunks like an apple.

I also have a pound of swiss and some emmental. My favourite cheese is probably the orange powder in (Canadian) Kraft Dinner. Plastic cheese is the only cheese that belongs on a burger.

Yep,

I was in New York for two weeks in January. Found a bar I liked and frequented it. Tipped well the first few days and by the last week I was being charged for about half the drinks I ordered. I tipped basically the value of the other 50% maybe a bit less. I spend less, bartenders make more.

Mmmmmmmmmm

I waited until I got to work to taste it. I sliced some in the work kitchen with my apples and literally said ďOh my GodĒ aloud aloud at first taste.

Soooo good, buttery mild and sooo flavorful. A little crumbly but still slices nicely. Perfect texture & taste. Omg

Iíll be having it for breakfast every day with honey crisp apples and either smoked deli turkey or hard boiled eggs. Efff donuts, waffles, muffins!

LKJ, I knew you wouldnít disappoint. I owe you.

Mmmmmmmmm LKJ, you put this look on my face!

After opening it, I'd have to chop it up, wrap it, store it. Full disclosure - it took me less than 5 minutes and wasn't hard. lol I guess I was quite tired last night. I'd just come home from a dance class.

It means that I've lost a lot of weight and the titties did not get through the journey unscathed. They're quite a bit smaller, so I had to round down, not up.

Thereís a restaurant named Seeds in La Conner, WA, that sells a mac and cheese made with Cougar Gold. My extended family meets there around Christmas each year for lunch. They have other good stuff, but itís always difficult to turn down the Cougar Gold mac and cheese. I appreciate the restaurant simply for the fact that they would set themselves apart with that ingredient.

Will be interested to hear about the Viking stuff when you get to it, since Iíve never had it.

Online it says each can is 30 ounces. So the smallest increment you can buy is almost 2 pounds ?

The 2+2 thread popped up 3rd in the search rankings when I googled dirt deluge, so I think it needs to be reopened.

Re: ****FebarewouldyouspankMsOOT? February LC thread****

Iím at an airport restaurant in Atlanta at the moment. My server just brought me a beer. Before she set it down on a paper napkin, she picked up the salt shaker and shook salt all over the napkin. WTF, I have never seen this before. I think I get the point, but is this strange behavior or what?

Are any other details necessary to the analysis?
