listened to a ton of bob sagets stories about norm in the past few months

according to saget, comedy central piped in fake audience laughter to compensate for the deafening silence during norm's roast and says that really takes away from the impact he had by bombing intentionally that literally the only people laughing were the comics on stage who understood what he was doing

Aziz Ansari new 30min special out on Netflix. It was too political and not funny. The lowest hanging fruit right now is covid, vax vs anti-vax, dem vs rep, etc. and that’s all he did

I thought it was alright, but considering how short it is, I’m surprised it was released. It’s almost like he was contractually obligated to release a special this month but he didn’t have enough material, so he decided to attempt a Chappelle’s The Bird Revelation thinking it might work. But he ain’t that funny or that insightful.
