You are likely going to have both business contacts and friends checking you out. Assume everything you write is completely public--I'd just set it up to be about your business with a few minor, tame, non-controversial personal pieces of information. Don't fill out your religious views or anything else that might alienate a business contact.
actually disagree with this - i think the best "business" profile for networking purposes is a pretty normal wholesome profile where you don't status update all that much, and set privacy settings pretty high
if you're too in your face about your facebook profile for networking reasons it comes off lame so i would never go "business logo" as profile pic
if anything you shoudl do a fan page for businesses, or its own profile with the name of the business
