Not too big of a fan of energy drinks, but after a weekend of doing terrible things to my body and brain in Vegas, I need one for the ride home. I usually go with one of the Monster coffee drinks. The Irish Coffee one and Hazelnut one are damn tasty.
Started seriously working out a few months back, and I drink 1/3 bottle of Red Line before working out. Definitely helps.
Hit a plateau a couple weeks ago in my weight loss, so I started doing HydroxyCut Hardcore Elite, which cracks me the **** out. I'm supposed to be doing 2 pills twice a day but am only doing 1 in the evening instead of 2 because I can't fall asleep if I do, plus I'm getting some chest pains/arm tingles which can't be good. I'm thinking of just going down to 1 and 1. The bad news is I can't drink the Red Line (or any other drinks with caffeine) while I'm on these supplements bc there's about 300mg of caffeine per serving so my heart would definitely explode if I did both the supplements and Red Line.
