for this, sorry it was so recently discussed and I missed it.

Will look at all the options you suggested and make a choice plus order, don't want to give myself the chance to bail on switching over again.

I'll also let you know how I get on once it's delivered

Guys that got the sigelei 100watt. If you can still return them for a refund, do it. The 100w plus is so pretty it might be worth the hassle.

I'm just not feeling all the hype about super high wattage. Right now I drip at 35w on an iPV2 and it's fine to me. If I were you, I would wait the results of Dr Farsalinos study on high temperature vaping.

Does it taste that much better with the high watts?

If you're already blowing huge clouds with the lower wattage then what's the benefit of a higher wattage?

-with two batteries in the mod (or even 3), you get tremendous battery life when using lower watts.
-with higher watt capacity, you can do like a .7 ohm build, and still crank it up to 50+ watts for a flavor experience not possible any other way
-some of them look really cool

im relatively new to vaping, have done it in the past and started doing it recently. my question is how good is the "fume" brand liquids? i have only smoked this brand so far and the mocha latte was decent but the espresso was terrible. how does this brand rank compared to other popular brands. also can someone recommend a good liquid brand for me to try. i would like to try new flavors as well as whatever flavor comes closest to actual tobacco flavor. thanks.

i got a pimple or cyst or something just under my gum line that I can't imagine is related, but has anyone had any type of reactions to the juice?

Some people have allergic reactions to pg, but I don't think it manifests like that. I know some people get canker sores from coming off of cigs, but you've been off for awhile now, no?

How far below your teeth? Could definitely be a tooth issue.

A manifestation of PG allergy for me is dryness and sores. Allergies manifest in all sorts of strange ways, so it doesn't rule out PG. With that said, I wouldn't be quick to blame the sore on vaping, though if you are getting dry mouth, that could be causing imbalances.

Anyways, go see a dentist if something bad is happening.

yeah, it is front left, just below the tooth, thinking it is just a coincidence but i'll probably get it x-ray'd next week just in case since its use-it or lose-it time for benefits anyway. no tooth pain though, just irritated as hell when i do stupid things...like chew food.

I finally got my order from Azure vapor. Needs steeping, like a lot of steeping. Unfortunately, I'm out of juice so I'm vaping a bit of it. Aside from the taste of vinegar and flowers, it is vaping very well. Nice a smooth.

i grabbed a second aerotank mega last night so i could try a couple new flavors without hassle. got some cafe filbert and some menthol to try. not sure why menthol, i've never liked menthol cigs, but seemed like a good idea for whatever reason.

like the cafe filbert, haven't tried the menthol yet.

Okay I'm done with mechanical mods... ****ing Hades being inconsistent again. Rebuilt everything, cleaned contacts with a Brillo pad, tried everything again, it's just not firing like it was last week. Should I bring it back to the B&M and see if they can figure it out?

I can't friggin wait for that Sigeli.

Mech mods are a thing of the past. I don't see any pros to using a mech against one of those regulated box mod.

In other news, I just received a magma clone from fasttech. This is hands down the best vape I ever had, flavor is great and it makes compact clouds, loving it. I like that there is no o-ring but then everytime you refill you need to adjust the airflow control ring which can be a PITA. It is quite noisy too with airflow to the maximum. I give it a 9.5.

I just hold my airflow ring down in place while I'm filling it... But yea it's my favorite atty.

And yeah, I agree with you that mech mods are going to be phased out soon, unless you're a hipster or something. I just dislike that I can't figure out how to fix this thing.

I'm all hipster then. I don't see any good reason to go to regulated. My mech nearly hits too hard for me. On a fresh battery, I'm getting 24 watts at best. I'm guessing the voltage drop on a hybrid is minimal.

There is the small form-factor, not worrying if the chips break, and many other good reasons to not go regulated, IMO. Plus, who really needs to vape fire? In that one God Mod vid posted upthread, the wick flamed into a torch, and he still vaped it. How stupid.

I think there is a lot to be said about buying clones -vs- buying legit products as well.

Solved the problem, hopefully it's for the last time... The conductor screw wasn't tightened down to the max on my fire button. This results in very little travel in the travel button, but it's definitely vaping like a champ now.

The clones vs authentic debate is old tired and piintless. Everyone has a different opinion on it.

In other news, I won fantasy football this year so decided to treat myself. Ordered a black sigelei 150 watt box tonight and the lemo rta. Pretty freaking excited. Got a boatload of new Samsung 25r's for $6 last week. Expecting a group buy wooden box mod to be coming in sometime in the next two weeks as well. Dual 18650 parrallel with mosfet. Pretty stoked

So I am looking to get into RTA's. Mostly because everyone seems to say that the flavor is superior. I am probably going to get a Kayfun V4 clone (way too cheap to buy the authentic).

My question is about kanthal wire. Is there is a difference in kanthal wire? My local shop sells it for $1 per foot, while you can get it on ebay for $6 for 100ft! Is there a different in brand for wire? I couldn't imagine that there is, but I figured I would ask.

Also, it seems like many people are going with koh gen do cotton, is that the way to go? Thanks.

For RTA, look into a lemo. For kanthal, order on ebay or Amazon. For cotton, I'm.not sure as I still rock the organic cotton balls. However, around here folks are using that Japanese cotton and bacon cotton or.something.
