I don't think we are hearing the full story. He was issued a "trespass" yet you or your gf allowed him to move in? I think it is more that the police heard both sides of the story and have decided to press charges based on the strength of the case against you and the willingness of the son and gf to testify against you. The trespass is more of a warning to the son now that if he returns to the house after you told him that he is no longer welcome that they would be then issuing a trespass against him.

In all seriousness I'm on team gluten being a possibility here.

Undiagnosed celiac is just a horrible way to go through life and could have led to depression too.

Surely even the most naive parent would notice their kid was a drug addict.

I have a sister whos in the bathroom constantly and always sick. It's exactly 0% shes on drugs. So it's possible. But yeah, him being a junkie is way more likely imo.

They live in a country with a functioning health care system. The kid would go to doctor after doctor until they find out what's wrong with him.

So it really kicks your ass. Throwing up makes you feel a whole lot better, because your immune system gets to take a rest. If he is gluten intolerant then the lack of vitamins, lethargy, lack of a social life and anger issues from having a ****ty life are just the right mix to make someone mentally unstable, assuming he doesn't have a genetic disposition for psychosis (often times it's both).

I have immense experience with everything I have written.

Good luck to him though, the only way I made it through was from the immense support of my family. I think OP can muster up a little compassion for this person who is clearly going through a terrible time in his life. Although he clearly ****ed up when he went nuts, nobody is denying that. Don't worry about possible charges and try to think of some way to help him if it's possible in the future.

Do you really think he wants his life to turn out this way?

The twist here is that Alolbar only thinks it is the OP's other account but really it's the kid's and they simply share the same IP address. This was OP's clever plan to get kid banned from 2p2 as next level punishment.

I sure hope the kid doesn't show back up at the house at this point. I could see OP attacking him screaming out "You got me banned from 2p2 see what you did to me now?" then getting dragged into a police cruiser.

Yes, if someone has celiac disease they should stay off gluten but the whole gluten free diet and foods are a complete scam. People are self-determining they're allergic to gluten after being brainwashed by these ads and companies pushing the gluten free lifestyle.

But what you wrote is maybe the dumbest thing I've read this year.

I'm pretty sure your lawyer wouldn't want you posting about how you punched him in the face and pushed him down the stairs in response to him destroying property.

Semi-grunch, but my diagnosis (if not drugs) is Crohn's.

Seems very possible. However, you normally don't have to make yourself throw up with heroin. You just do.

Why hasn't OP's girl taken the kid to a psych? Big things have to change.

-Kid needs therapy (your girl might need some as well)
-Kid needs a job

If kid doesn't go to therapy and start looking for work, kick him out. If the girl doesn't want it, kick her out. After all, it's your rental and not hers.

It's not that easy to kick out a domestic partner. She would have the same rights as the bf to live there, he would have to go through the legal eviction process.
