My Volcano buttons have been on the fritz and yesterday it bit the dust. On my birthday! RIP. Luckily my go to shop had 1 Volcano Classic in stock and I only had to go without for 2.5 hours. I love this thing so much.

Also got an SLX grinder and smell-proof / water-proof Pelican case for my Mighty from my wife who I love almost as much as my Volcano.

Wait, just the buttons? That's probably a simple connection break and would be an easy fix to do yourself. I fixed my green button for $0. As long as the coil is good, you shouldn't need to buy a new one.

Yeh I’ve been down this road before. This is my 3rd Volcano (6 years each). I actually got a replacement green button for the fan. But both times the heater was not far behind. Got 0 heat from a functioning button so I declared game over.

Damn, that sucks. I had mine for 4 years before selling it. That button was the only issue I had.

Its Thursday. A very sensible day to do drugs! Going to swalllow ~250mg and take a Lyft to Palace Station. Gonna smash buttons, and when my munchies are fully tuned up gonna walk next door for AYCE sushi and Korean BBQ. Should be a grand day!

That sounds outstanding. I did 200mg pre-debate, but wish I got higher af. Tolerance is a *****. Munchies in full swing though. Sushi and BBQ oh man drool.

Was a pretty solid day! Even played bingo for 2nd time ever. I wish I would have eaten more. I stopped so I wouldn't be super uncomfortable for the rest of the evening, but regretted that choice not long after leaving. Pics in the sushi thread.

I've been more in balance than ever. Big change to sleep very well at night, I'm forced to credit a medical system I grew to hate. And some good luck that things worked out.

I don't know if others feel similar, but I tend to become fond of my hallmates while inpatient. Having a good mix of people is likely paramount, I miss a few of the guys I met recently. The gist is I tried to set a good example for them, the story is I walked more than 20 miles in bare socks.

I picked up a Crafty. Despite being one of the few detractors of the Volcano, I am a big fan of the little guy. A pinch (say medium sized bowl) gets about 8 drags on the low and medium settings. Combined with a couple snap hits and I'm good for hours.
