Many shops are selling this stuff around $100-130/oz just to get rid of it, playing bait and switch games with the product. The cart situation is even more ridiculous. Almost all of the carts being sold are knock offs brands, which you can buy their packaging on Amazon and Ali Express. Some of them are making their own home batches of oil (that does not get you high) or is flavored with an extremely strong artificial sweetener.

i could be wrong but im pretty sure marijuana is decriminalized in DC and in the rest of the state is only legal thru medical purposes. theres no way any medical marijuana dispensary is buying fake packaging online and putting their product in and reselling that. if he was in the medical program there are going to be some reallly good options some good ones some ok ones and finally companies to stay clear from

Im about to acquire 900mg of sublingual spray, at $4 per 100mg unit, probably go.... 2 or 3. Probably 2. Still smoking often but significantly reduced edible occasions. Don't want to go over board!
