Water in the double boiler doesn't **** up the oil?
Lowest crock pot setting?
Just use a ratio of about 3:1 or 4:1 oil to avb. Yes, I mean the drink. Any glass jar or glass will do it's just a vessel for your mix that you put inside the crockpot so that you have a much smaller vessel than just putting your mix in the crockpot. A little goes a long way.
No the water doesn't mess up the mix. The water isn't in the mix. Take your glass and set it inside the crockpot. Fill the surrounding area around the glass with water. This provides a more even heat to prevent scorching.
Setting will depend on your crockpot. You want it to simmer/ slow boil the water..

You can still make it. You don't have to put it into the pills. You can just make the oil, store it at room temperature and put it into a bite of food or whatever to swallow it. Capsules are the perfect storage, measuring & delivery method but not critical.
Just bear in mind that a small amount about the size of a pea (if you've made a good batch) is enough to get you as high as you've ever been for a good 8 hrs+.

This. However capsules are designed for dry powder so when you put oil in them they will very slowly desolve over time so it's best to keep them in the fridge or freezer. Then you can take one out and transport it for the day without it totally melting. If you put one in your shirt pocket you're going to have a stain on your shirt in an hour or so.

Same process. My recommendation was to use a smaller vessel inside the crockpot for a stronger more even mix and to heat it for a longer period of time.
