Cigarettes are gross. I was a working stiff for a long time and I usually got baked before work but not as baked as I would to watch a movie or play v games. Try smoking just a little bit before work see if it helps. If you're ok try a little more. Once you get to a point where you're less effective or crash mid shift when the weed wears off is when you're getting too baked for work.

Play around with what ever drugs you want to, but don't start smoking cigarettes. Did it for 14 years from age 18-32. Quitting was the best thing I ever did. Nasty nasty habit.
