I think you want to be careful. It's an amazing drug, brilliant experience, and most people will be fine with say 50 lifetime uses, but there's pretty solid evidence of neurotoxicity and associated depression/anxiety problems once you start going beyond that.

Kratom can be absolutely wonderful. Vendors and strains can vary wildly though. Some you won't feel much of anything and others are amazing. From what I've read though that brand is pretty good, although very expensive compared to stuff you'd get online.

Also ingest on an empty stomach, this makes a huge difference. Then wait 1-2 hours after taking before eating.

little heads up, Kratom can be addicting to some people and withdrawals are reported to be unpleasant. This only really happens to people who do huge doses several times a day for months. Mostly restless leg syndrome, fatigue, and insomnia for a couple days. So obviously nothing like hard drugs but still not something you wanna use everyday for extended periods of time like many do with weed.

I keep it to 2-3 days a week and often go weeks or months without it and have never had any issues.

I only tried it once. It was certainly interesting, but for whatever reason I decided it wasn't something I was interested in continuing with. Part of it is the sheer volume you have to ingest. I had a huge pile in a glass of OJ. It was gross.

Its like an opiate. Dulling.

I take kratom every day. There are lots of reasons--for me, I find it helps with depression. But yeah if you take enough it definitely can mimic an opiate--down to the itching.

I am planning some research this weekend, it's been a while and my tolerance should be bottomed out so I think 200 mcg 1P.
