Ah, gotcha. That's what I thought you were saying but wasn't sure. Their Coronas being $2.75 during the summer is nice. Only paid for 2 shots at $3 or $4 each. Sliders and tots were around $11, and I'm pretty sure I bought a few drinks for a friend too. Total came to around $64 before tip. Not bad for the amount of food and alcohol consumed.

Today is my lone sober day of the week. I'm over it, ready to move on to tomorrow, sure to be filled with weed and stickball.

yea. I was similarly agnostic in this respect. until I found a way to incorporate a higher power into a reasonable framework for the universe. now I laugh at all the atheists who gave up thinking about it too soon!

the universe operates by a set of laws. we're discovering what exactly those laws are slowly through science, but they undoubtedly do exist. those laws of the universe are god.

so we're at a party. most people are inside, 4 of us are outside sitting around a fire. we all hear a car pull in, whatever. I was facing the house so I had the best angle to see the flashlights. "five oh (oh as in oh oh tee)." my friend to my right must have seen them too because he had a 10 yard headstart before I got the warning out.

we're up on a patio. the drop to the yard was about 10-15 feet. not all at once because there was like two levels of flowers and ****, but definitely not designed for a rapid decent. I had cargo shorts on and a parcel that barely fit into a pocket. this is 2007 or 8 and, if you remember the style, the pockets were deep.

I'm halfway down the ledge by the time the first cop says "Noone move". too late homie. by the time the pig noticed us and yelled to stop we were down the patio, 30 yards through the backyard to the edge of the woods. we did not stop.

run for forever. once we decided they weren't chasing us we slowly made our way back towards the house. we kind of flanked the yard, and about a halfhour after the cops showed up we're crouched less than 100 yards from the driveway watching the show. that's when I realize my pockets are empty. "ha, I didnt have to book it afterall. almost broke my ankle for nothing."

"no you definitely had it when Chis and them showed up." blank stare. "...you remember they brought like 10 dutches..." I squint. "dude it was like 45 minutes ago how could you forget?"

****. **** **** ****. I definitely had it, and I definitely don't now. ****. so we're hiding just watching for at least an hour. the whole time: "**** **** ****". finally the last parent shows up and the cops pull off. my homie whose house it was had no one to come home, but eventhough we knew the pigs were gone we weren't sure about going back or trekking a bit through the woods to call to get picked up.

as we're debating that we see our friend who lived down the street walk up the driveway into the house. his mom was the first parent there, and now he's back. alright we're straight. there's 5 of us-1 kid didn't call his parents and won the game of chicken with the pigs. 4 of us are happy as ****. fighting the law and winning feels good. I am the opposite of happy because I just took a FAT ****ing L.

I can't stand being around their joy so I start pacing around. **** **** ****. I look in a couple spots that seem good for a drunk ****** to hide something, no luck. I go outside to say **** over and over again in my head, and there it is, right at the foot of the chair I was sitting in when the cops rolled up. good thing they brought their flashlights lol.

So I watch that Action Bronson and friends Watch Ancient Aliens which is just mega-elite entertainment. But it's like, bros, how do they blaze that much? It's seriously unreal how much these guys are smoking. I have some everyday, but man, these guys crush as much as I do in a couple weeks in a single joint.
