My pattern, which has taken a lot of discipline to stick to, has been virtually no use during the work week, but then moderate use on Fri/Sat/Sun. It works okay, in that the tolerance doesn't build (the same amount gives similar effects every week) but I'm not sure this is the best way to go.
Early in the work week I'm dragging quite a bit because I have trouble sleeping. Can sleep for like 2-3 hours when I first lie down, but then wake up every half hour or so for the rest of the night. I'm going to try to skip the herb this weekend and see if my sleeping eventually straightens out. If it does, I'll evaluate my pattern in light of that knowledge. If it doesn't, I'll know there's something else going on.
