Ive never read anything about acid tolerance because few people are insane enough to eat it like potato chips. I gotta imagine my brain would be pretty messed up from months of constant acid exposure.

Enforced t-break from weed for me right now. Ran out. Have my guy on the case getting more, but want to have a decent break anyway.

in my experience you cant stack doses of actual lsd, once you dose there is a refractory period of a couple days at least IME. Dont know about lsd similar research chemicals doe

All lysergamides and tryptamines have immediate tolerance, and it takes two weeks to return to baseline. Cross tolerance between them as well. Theyre basically self regulatory because of it.

So not sure whats happening, if dude was popping tabs every few hours.

I got these gummies that somehow give me a buzz when I eat 10-15mg, and I did my family dinner thing yesterday so I've eaten 30mg of them today and spent the day watching NBA and doing indoor (non reefer) gardening. Like I'm planting rows of coleus and cilantro seeds and doing some work on a mean Haworthia beast I got going. Laser gardening and hoops focus, thanks marijuana.

4-ACO-DMT is VERY different than DMT. Really interested in trying it. Supposedly its not that hard to come by IRL but I have no idea about acquiring such stuff IRL.

There is a research chemical called DPT that is supposedly even more intense than DMT. That I could acquire, but the way you take it is the same process of smoking crack and im unsure if Im prepared to vape fumarate out of a glass pipe.


There are many LSD analogues, and they're said to be indistinguishable from one another, and there are quite a few psilocybin analogues that supposedly have different characteristics.

I read a report about from a guy who said he was laying in bed and depth perception was So ****ed that he couldn't tell where his body ended and the ceiling began, and the sides of his room both appeared to be closing in on him, and as wide as a football field. Crazy ****.

So as I mentioned, I'm taking a break atm. I was vaping for about 2 months every night (just flower, like 1-2 bowls, and only at night). Last couple nights I've had night sweats, waking up covered in sweat and wet sheets. Pretty annoying. I googled and sure enough, it's a known thing that can happen when you stop. Looking back to the last time I quit after using pretty heavy, I realised it happened then as well. I just didn't realise at the time because I was visiting family in a humid location and thought it must be that (despite the fact that where I was sleeping was air conditioned). Anybody else get this? I'm about to go to bed, we'll see if it happens again. This is night 5 so probably should calm down pretty soon.

I stopped for exactly two months and while I never woke up in sweats, I had daily and vivid lucid dreams. They happened every single night of the break. I would have given anything for that dead to the world, sleep through a fire, night's rest.

I did blow my brains out on THC for 4 days with a very high edible dose day 4. It's been a little over 48 hours since the last consumption and two nights dream free. I'm hoping that phase is over with.

I've been meaning to reply to this for a while. The correct answer, in mice at least, is 7 days in most brain regions and 14 days in the hippocampus (source: Prolonged recovery rate of CB1 receptor adaptation after cessation of long-term cannabinoid administration.). The hippocampus is responsible for memory formation, so tolerance there is the reason that memory when blazed isn't so hopeless when you're tolerant as it is when you're new to weed.

Note that there are probably secondary adaptations that occur which could take longer to clear, but from a first-line tolerance point of view, 14 days should get you back to baseline.

I had some insomnia a couple nights ago. Some weird dreams but nothing super intense. Going to bed right now. Wish me luck!

The first couple weeks of my break my feet were sweating like crazy. Just laying on the couch they'd be dripping sweat. Today is day 114 for me. Finally found something to help me sleep. Melatonin gummies at Target. Had tried all sorts of OTC stuff, melatonin capsules, tylenol pm. These gummies work so much better.

When I was in the hospital (putting a break to constant daily dab use) my body temp fluctuations were ****ing nuts, and I was constantly soaked in sweat. I thought that was a function of the oxycodone, perhaps both.

My dreaming has returned, and I absolutely love it. There's nothing objectively awesome occurring, but im living false storylines and that fascinates me.

The false storylines are fascinating. I sometimes have jobs and other skills that ive never had in real life. I sometimes find myself speaking and somehow understanding other vague languages in these dreams. I'll have perfect context and understanding on what's going on, but word by word it's not like I can translate any of it to English. It seems like my own hypervigilant fears come into play in these as well, like crimes of extortion, running away from the unknown that's coming after me, and getting to important events very late.

The part that sucks is waking up midway through these dreams then trying to go back to sleep which always seems to take 30 minutes or so.

Bit more sweating last night but a lot better. Some sleep disturbance again (not too bad, probably 6.5 hours sleep total) and feeling kind of cruddy this morning. Might take some melatonin for a few days.

I don't think I'm ever going back to daily use. I find over time it kills off what I like about weed - that life-enhancing feel, where senses are enhanced, music sounds great, etc. It ends up being more just sedating and mind-fogging. Then I get this stuff, and I hate insomnia. It'll be better all round if I keep it to maybe once or twice a week.

What's the dosage? I'm not an expert, but from what I've read, less is more with melatonin. Taking too much can be immediately counterproductive and also lead to your body adapting against it in the long term.

Recommended dose is 0.3 to 1 mg.

The gummies are 3mg. The capsules I had were 3mg but didn't do ****. Doubled the dose, same old problems. Then started taking those and a product called Midnite. Gave up on that mix and started taking Tylenol PM as I was experiencing horrible leg cramps at night. Took those for a couple weeks and thought it prob wasn't good to keep taking those every night. Took a trip to the store to find something else and seen the gummies were on sale so I gave em a shot. Have another job lined up I think so hoping to celebrate on 4/20 and get back to normal.

I think 3mg is in the possibly controversial area, I've seen articles saying 3mg is OK as an upper limit, others saying it's too much. Shouldn't matter if you're not planning to keep doing it for months on end anyway.

Regarding this, I would actually bet the difference is just the placebo effect or you getting better over time, but it's also quite possible the capsules don't contain what they say they do. I read a study where they tested melatonin supplements and some had virtually none in, some had 5 times the labelled amount. The supplements industry is the Wild West unfortunately.

I went to a supplements store here but for some ******ed reason, it's illegal to sell melatonin OTC here, but perfectly legal to import it yourself for personal use. What earthly good such a law is, I have no idea. I have some on the way via courier, but I'm feeling quite a bit better, we'll see how sleeping goes tonight. I got to sleep no trouble at all last night, but woke up for no reason at like 6am, which was the way it went last time I quit after heavy use as well.

I also ordered some DHEA, which I'm curious to try, but which is illegal here. If Customs find it, they'll confiscate it, so just hoping for the best.

Had to double check but yeah I have this from my doctor. It's not a controlled substance so avoids all that hassle and it's not great during the day for the exact reason that it makes you pretty sleepy. Might be worth a shot.
