I just had an epiphany! Perhaps the "tightness in the chest" I always feel when freshly high af is in fact my esophagus inflamed from a large hot dab!

Just yesterday I said i don't feel it in my chest, just an irritated throat that gets scratchy around the 15 minute mark. Well I think perhaps I misdiagnosed what Im feeling!

Esophagus is extremely sensitive, always be conscious of how much heat you're exposing to it. Really easy to overdo it with dabs.

I've been trying to pay off debt and invest some, which typically doesn't interfere with my cannabis consumption, but a couple of weeks ago I did some math wrong and so I've been stretching the last oz I bought. ...today I finally bought more and I feel like it's ****ing Christmas. Plus some edibles .... ahh I'm gonna sleep well tonight.

Went to my guy's house today and he had four strains, edibles and wax .... I really can't complain. $200/oz which I think is pretty solid for a non-legal state.

The guy I buy from is a very cool dude, and having dealt with some sketchy folks I am really happy to have found this connection. He's all excited about legalization, and I keep thinking, "Dude, you're gonna gave to get a job when that happens ..."

Damn now I wish I had. .... the edibles were 4 cookies, 200 mg total, so I ate half. No crazy volumes.... someone posted a pic of 1,000 mg of gummies a while back .... I wanna go there. Well. I think 1k would be a waste.... 200-300 interesting?

1k wouldnt so much as be a waste, it would almost certainly be the strongest most intense trip of your life, you would almost certainly puke, and have a bad trip. With lots of unbelievably cool aspects. I cant believe thats how I was getting down on a weekly basis for awhile. Id probably need to be paid north of $1,000 to attempt it tonight.

I really dont remember the specifics, but I took a whole gram that was ~800 with a top off of a bit more. Of course that was with significant tolerance. Im not sure what the dosage of my last edible experience was because it was a homemade RSO, was likely under 300mg but I had such an intense ride I haven't touched it since. Granted it wasnt any different than what I had been pushing the envelope to achieve in my experiments, but I have new knowledge and a new perspective that it just creeped me the ****.

i did 1000mg with no tolerance and then 500mg the next day and both were a 12 hour ride that required me to find a bed in a quiet dark room. Now, with a tolerance, i find that 100mg is fun, 200 mg makes me sleep for 8ish hours.

biggest adjustment for me is when you smoke the effect is immediate and lasts an hour or two, when you eat it you have to wait 60-90 minutes and it lasts for a long time.

also, $200/oz is a great price for good bud even in a legal state. I typically pay 35-45 for an eight of good flower, and there is not usually a big price break for weight

IDK if I'm just sensitive to THC or if it's a tolerance issue or what but IDK how you guys rock those kind of amounts. Referring more to the regular 100mg doses than the 1000mg adventures. When I took 30mg on my flight on the way back to Australia it was marginally too intense (bearing in mind that a 15 hr flight isn't an ideal place for.... well, anything). Pretty sure 100mg would blast my head off.

I'm getting amazing ounces in DC for $120-130 regularly. Not as great as west coast buds but I've had some really impressive flower lately ~$4.65/G at these prices.

I haven't hero-dosed in awhile, but there's a place in DC that has a 1000mg pack of Gum Drops for $50. I'm really considering it for tomorrow.
