I have a mg scale. So the half gel cap was about 58mg, but it seemed like each time I weighed it it was losing a milligram. So I couldn't say exactly how much I took. Less than 35 more than 30.

To my surprise, I actually was feeling kind of anxious during the comeup, like a fear that this was going to come and rip my mind apart and I couldn't stop it. But it never did really approach that level. Im sure id need a much higher dose to breakthrough or ego death.

But I realized that Im actually kind of fearful of that experience, the unknown, than I thought I would be from all my reading.

Think now ill try to shut out any extra sensory overload (tv, phone) except for my headphones and try to space the **** out and see what happens.

Several studies demonstrate that it makes no difference. In one study, people either breathed out after 0 seconds or 20 seconds and there was no subjective or testable difference in how high they got.

Yeah they scienced that **** pretty hard, I'm convinced personally. Also, not sure about vaping, but if you smoke, holding the smoke in does damage your lungs more.

I've heard the coughing thing before and subjectively it does seem true. I'm not sure if the explanation is correct, it might be. If I cough I usually end up with a sore throat and that's another potential vector for increased absorption (damaged mucosa).

If you mean high CBD hash oil with THC in it then yes you need regulated state legal marijuana or black market stuff.

you can order CBD oils/vapes/edibles etc online in all 50 states... the products contain 0 THC so they're legal everywhere... just google that ****

if you want cannabis products that just contain high CBD percentages, but also THC, then yes, you'll need a plug in a legal state.

This article is wrong. Straight up. Again nobody is prosecuting and you CAN order it. but hemp is cannabis sativa L. It’s a schedule I controlled substance. Federally illegal even if it’s 0% THC.

Farm bill and associated legislation offers protections to commercial operators and there’s little risk to consumers in most states but hemp CBD is definitely not legal yet.

Mr McConnell introduced federal legislation just this week to address this. See for yourself.
