On a side note, if you guys like my stuff, here's some stuff you probably haven't heard before - things I find inspiring - except for Vigilantes, they're on Spotify, and even VOL has their Capricorn releases are on there which were pretty cool
NQ Arbuckle - Let's just stay here (album with Carolyn Mark) - NQ Arbuckle is a great Canadian Band I heard of when I was thrown on a podcast type show. I just really like this band and their latest two singles (No Hands Bicycle / Love Songs for the Long Game) really suck me in
Farmer Not So John - Receiver (Album)- this band didn't get past two albums but the frontman still does stuff - just some great Melodic Roots Rock - not quite Americana but not far - also on Spotify - I don't think there's a single bad track on this album
Vigilantes of Love - Audible Sigh (Album) - I know the frontman (Bill Mallonee) and used his Gretsch/Fender Tweed all over my album - (bought them before his band broke up) - but they're probably on this one a bit - the album/lineup/track listing jumped all over creation and 3 labels but what's here is a pretty definitive version -

Matthew Ryan - Guilty (Album)- Incredible debut album by one of my favorite songwriters - "Lights of the Commodore Barry" hits me in the soul - he goes in some directions with some albums - (Acoustic to near Techno to Rock and then acoustic versions of the Rock albums) - but his writing is beyond compare, IMHO
