BTW I was less interested in the conspiracy aspect and more interested in the weird properties of the virus, and how we don't understand it. Stuff like why does it seemly randomly give some people 0 symptoms, yet kill some perfectly healthy people.

Australia is restricting movement between states. I don't think it's out of the question as a potential measure.

But I have faith Trump will find a way to make it capricious, arbitrary and do more harm than good.

I just talked with my brother who is a UAW rep at a plant in Detroit. He knows of 8 people from the plant with it and a guy he reps is in the ICU on a vent.

I guess it really is going to be like a miracle when we get back to work in two weeks.

Irrelevant to me, since I am not a system.

Also, "the system" hasn't assumed that there is no possibility of biological warfare, which makes it even more irrelevant. It assumes that it is quite a good possibility worth worrying about. "The system" hasn't even ruled out an attack by aliens.

Also, also, it wouldn't matter to "the system" whether a virus were man-made or an accident or entirely the fault if pangolins and bats getting their freak on. You would need the same model of ventilator in every one of those cases.
