Only for vaccinated workers. All unvaccinated Texas, Florida and Alabama visitors can show up without masks and cough “patriot” as they please!!

Cliff notes…employees of Clark County have to wear mask regardless of vaccination status. Everyone else carte blanche.

If emergency rooms stopped admitting anyone who was there due to poor decisions the place would be empty. I think it’s fair if ICUs get full to put un-vaccinated people at the bottom of the list.

I would have thought this should have been obvious to Trump on day 1. He should have fully embraced distancing and masks and whatever to keep his voters alive.

Well lots of obvious things weren't obvious to him, especially regarding long term planning instead of short snort of dopamine. Plus I think the only situation where he makes choices that are not optimal for him in his mind are when he can enjoy watching the world burn.

Know someone here locally where hospitals are overrun and their kid broke a limb (compound fracture) and they told the family to drive 3 hours to the closest city because there's no way they would get to them faster than that.
