To his credit, the end of the clip indicates that he was prepared this time to tell naysayers to piss off.

I ****ing hate the guy, but I still far prefer that he unleash a positive moment like that once in a while. Realizing that there are an unfortunate number of completely unreachable people out there, there are still likely a subset of persuadable people willing to listen to him and unwilling to listen to most anyone else.

Got boosted yesterday - moderna x3. Only side effects are a sore shoulder and a general weariness this morning.

While we were at the clinic there was a mid-40s guy getting his first shot. He's late to the party, but good. We need more of this.

Yep. I've seen people shrug off one or even a few deaths of acquaintances with "well they were old" or "they had been having health problems anyway," but once they can't rationalize it any further they will try to protect themselves. They usually still don't give a crap about protecting others though. Their personalities don't change; just minimal behavioral change to protect themselves.

Got my booster friday! Zero symptoms, just mildly sore arm, was stoked. Second shot made me feel like I had a hangover.
