Ok. So, as a person who is not taking I it seriously, I pretty much have carried on as normal. If I, starting tomorrow, take it very seriously I will continue to do the same but with a more serious look on my face? To be clear, I already don't run towards people who are coughing, do wash my hands the normal amount, stay away from people when I am sick, floss regularly, wear antiperspirant, eat at 3-5 servings of vegetables, drink 8 glasses of water, etc.
