You guys have a trick for smashed burgers not to stick on the smashers? I bought a good smasher but if i press them really thin, of the top sticks on it. It only works if i smash them just mildly thin.

I never seem to have issue with the patty sticking to the smasher. I did this grilled burger challenge I’m undecided if I prefer a smoky patty or a smashed patty so I did both.
