Was the green sauce made from scratch or was it store bought?

Love the crispy look. I’m sure it was delicious.

Mangalitsa pork chop with a nice sear and medium interior.

Excellent dinner.

I also made breakfast on Sunday and it came out photogenic.

Not exactly Mangalitsa pork but was in Paris and a place had something labeled Iberique pork. It was good definitely going to see if local butchers have this or similar. Other random good pics from restaurants as well.

Nit - you're after iberico pork (the frenchies call it iberique). it's native to portugal and spain but you can also find iberico raised in the u.s. (similar to finding wagyu raised in the u.s., it's similar but different).

here's one place in GA that's selling it domestically, i'm sure you can find others: https://whiteoakpastures.com/collections/iberico-pork

Grabbed some sushi-grade salmon and tuna at Boston Fish Pier and made a poke bowl and some sashimi. Cucumber from garden. Sriracha mayo. Housed both standing up in kitchen around midnight.

Looks fantastic. There’s was a vendor on the greenway who used to sell big steaks of toro on the greenway.

if you can find a way to feed rice, sriracha mayo, avocado, and cucumber to tuna and salmon you'll make millions and cut out the middle man.

Gyu-don lunch, overcooked egg as I didn't want to bust out sous vide for 2 eggs.

Duck with some sautéed peaches. Needed to rest a bit longer.

Thanks for the kind words. The things that look like noodles are onions.

grilled double cut pork chop, half ass attempt at Robuchon's mashed potatoes and a summer succotash (edamame, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic chives, grilled corn, sautéed red bell peppers, onions, garlic, red onion, bacon and balsamic vinegar + cider vinegar, salt & pepper + bacon grease from the cooked bacon, no added oil besides what was used to cook the veg & what was rendered from the bacon)
