I tell ya, I discovered the nem nuong at a really great Vietnamese place called
The Sandwich Hag but they're far away from where I live and have limited hours so I got frustrated from not being able to satisfy the hankering for their food so I decided to give it a shot. I've made 1000's of pounds of sausage while working at the restaurant I interned, so I felt comfortable giving it a shot.
Its REALLY good and and people dont know what they're missing
