I remember those things too but I am not an effective sneaker after so much tri-tip.

Lol, do keto and you can eat infinite tri-tips.

The only rub is that carbs are so damn delicious and they are a no-go.

Made daniel gritzers sheet pan chicken fajitas, highly recommend
https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/...n-fajitas.html

Definitely do not need 1/2c oil in the marinade though, especially if you don't trim the fat off the thighs.

Ha good reference. I also like smoking meats and am currently reading a book on early Pacific war theater up to the battle of Midway in WWII.

I did tortillas this weekend and swore I wouldn't do them again for a loooong time as my kitchen is so hot and I was miserable.
As I get to the last of them they're so frigging good, I need to make more.

Does anyone have a burrito size flour tortilla rolling hack? Is there some machine out there?

Vietnamese Grilled Pork Sausage (Nem Nuong) Sammie with pickled daikon/carrots, garlic aioli, cilantro, sliced cucumbers and sliced jalapeños

SO damn good!

I tried to make the Vietnamese baguette but as usual, my bread making was a disaster so I went to the local Vietnamese Bakery and bought a dozen for 5 bucks, WTF????

Why bother at that price, the comparison to mine is comical. Mine was maybe 3/4" tall and close in density to a hockey puck whereas theirs was about 3" tall, crunchy as hell on the outside, super flaky and then like air on the inside. It was so damn soft on the inside yet crunchy on the outside, I don't know how they do it. For your comical viewing pleasure, here's what they look like next to each other:

I did make the Vietnamese sausage and pickled daikon/carrots though and was pleased with them however. Ready to eat:

Here's the top off so you can see under the hood:

I highly recommend this recipe (see link above). Its fairly easy to make but you'll need a good food processor because the sausage mix gets so dense it stopped the motor on my commercial Robot Coupe

I'm pretty sure you're breaking balls on Texans being cucks to the energy sector, but here is a dated fun pic from some Texans having good times the old fashion way.

[IMG][/IMG]

You best believe there was a even mix of Texas country and Houston rap with some football on the TV.

I’m in Houston, figured you knew this as I’m the only one backing your Stros stuff in the baseball thread.

I can’t see your pic.

Yeah I know and appreciate the rare logical agreement on the Astros stuff, people seem to waver on the Astros thing like the bald_at19 guy with the Astros logo.

Do image hosting sites really need to offer 8 links?

Kenjis sweet and sour Italian sausage onions and peppers tonight. Super quick weeknight dinner. Went light on the sugar bc I don’t like overly sweet dishes and came out perfect.

My shitty gas grill can only give so much char so lack of that is my only gripe.
