Come on without. Come on within.

You've not seen Nothing like the mighty Quinn.

Here's what happened. We roasted a pig and it was good.

And we got a bouncy house for lots of kids

And they jumped

And the weather was great. And the meat was delicious.

And we had neighbors and we had friends.

And the adventure paid off

And chica. The best dog that ever was. She ate the ear.

And we got drunk

Lucky pooch!

That looks fantastic. I would need two or three days to recover from my gluttony.

27off - love a good elote salad. You do it warm or cold and what’s your general ingredients because I have done/seen a lot of variance in recipes

I did it warm, but will have it cold tomorrow as well. Would normally grill the corn on the cob, but charred it in a cast iron tonight. A couple deviations from the recipe linked:

-did 2 jalapenos instead of 1.

-skipped the green onion, often find it overpowering and it wasn't in the street corn recipe I did a few days back so I just skipped it.

-street corn recipe also had mayo AND sour cream, and this only called for mayo, but I added some sour cream too.

I would also think feta is also a poor sub for Cotija cheese, had the real deal in both. That was my first one ever because I had all the ingredients still from the street corn, but will definitely make again.

Nothing beats fresh grilled seafood. Simple sauce of vinegar, soy, sugar, lemon, ginger, garlic, scallions

This was a really good recipe, I honestly didn't expect to taste so good. I think I'd lower the amount of cashews and add some grilled chicken or shrimp, etc to up the protein & lower the fat but thats only because I'm trying to drops some LB's

Smoked some jerk chicken wings over hickory then seared on a hot grill.

I’m always confused why there isn’t more jerk chicken in the world. It’s goat level chicken you can get from a jar.

The new member of the family approves!
