It really makes you despise what is actually a solid organization.

They're showing a commercial for deodorant now where they have a guy put on supposedly "wet" deodorant from another brand and then they shoot an air cannon full of grass clippings into it to show they stick. Forget the fact that that doesn't really make sense, I don't want to look at a close-up of a guy's slimy wet, hairy armpit on TV.

The anti-smoking commercials where a nice young white girl with perfect skin comes into a liquor store and ask for a pack of cigarettes and the older black woman working the register tells her "you're gonna need a lil' more, honey" before the girl rips a piece of her cheek skin off as payment.

The other one they run is a young black guy comes into the same store and says in a very ghetto way "pack a men-thalssss" (because black people only smoke menthols apparently, thanks Tupac) while sliding his money "slyly" along the counter. The middle-aged white man working the register looks at him with a look of pity and says "it's not enough" before the first guy pulls out pliers and rips a tooth out of his mouth and puts it on the counter to pay for his pack of menthols.

The second commercial got some backlash and even though they play the original cut, I sometimes see a version where they've dubbed over where the black guy says "pack of men-thalsssss" and instead he says "pack of cigarettes, please." When you've seen them both it's pretty LOL to see the PC change.

Either way all three drive me freaking nuts.
