The company I work for has honored pricing errors this bad before. We attempt to have the customer understand that it was an error, but if they press it they usually get it.
Also, they should not be charging your credit card before the item ships. That is a separate issue but it's not legal. Loads of companies do it, though.
ETA: they can put a hold for the amount though.
