I can't see the picture you posted (FU Tapatalk) but I think he thinks your cat looks evil and is plotting to kill you. I've heard people say this before in reference to cats.

i tried to post pics from my phone but its impossible. having lived 28 years around both, cats all the way. mine turned 5 a couple weeks ago and he is by far the best pet ever. i live in an area where he could always go outside, stay inside, etc. he has to be the smartest pet of all. hes basically a little dog with sharper claws. ive seen him run inside SOAKING wet, dry him off, he eats, and runs straight back out into a storm. i dont have kids yet, thankfully, but i was ecstatic when he got his first bird

when i was much younger, our first cat was a MONSTER. i tell people 1000 kills and im sure thats an understatement. birds/squirrels/mice were almost daily. our one nanny complimented my mom on our holloween decorations looking so realistic, yet they were innards of dead rodents. meticulous eater. there were multiple raccoons and opossums he also took down. he lived to be 17 and im sure would have been much longer, but around 12, he was lost for 12 days, ended up being stuck in a bear trap, barely made it home after whoever luckily released him. even at the house, almost died. when my family all moved apart he went with my mom and he ended up dying in a stairwell while she was visiting here. i hated the idea of cats so much before him and he transformed me. still bothers me when i think about it.

and one in the middle who wasnt technically mine but liked me the most. had to have him put down and i barely cried less than my sister as we pet him on the way out

I love this little guy so much. He sleeps with me at night and always lounges in my lap.

Do cats get sad by themselves during the day if they are alone?
I was thinking of getting a second one so he would have a playmate, but I would rather have just one if he will be okay by himself.

Sorry :/

I got him at a pet store and held all the ones that would let me to see which one would cuddle in my arms. Some of the cats didn't like me, buy he cuddled right up and purred. I also watched to see which ones were more social and playful. There was a black one that was super playful, but wouldn't let me hold him.

I think it depends on the cat. Some cats like company others hate and despise other cats. Lol my last cat was the latter. I found a box of kittens dumped on the side of the road on my way to work and took them home and looked after them until some space was available at my friends shelter and my cat was pissed at them the whole time. She pretty much did a happy dance when they left.

my cat sleeps with me 95% of the nights hes inside. usually between my feet or across as much of the bed as he can manage. which is a surprising amount. even my killer cat would sleep with me when i was little.

my mom was visiting here and one of her friends found 3 cats in their wood pile, so she told me to come over. i wanted a cat at the time but wasnt ready to pull the trigger. she got me. of the 3, he literally jumped up and climbed up my jeans and fell asleep in my hands. he was a little under a pound then, and he used that trick for a long time til the claws became too painful and surprising to not flinch. the first night here he slept across my neck. he used to sit on my shoulder or my head, fell asleep in my hood before. he turned 5 two weeks ago also

I have three pets: a cat, a dog and a ferret.
And they all have their interesting habbits which are cute.
My dog is really happy all the time however he is very sensitive sometimes. If you will shout at him he will be upset all day and won't eat anything.
My cat loves attention and loves sayging "Meeew" all night long just to be petted.
And ferret.. well, she is little thief and if I can't find something I just need to check her safe places.

Grew up with dogs and definitely will get one if I move to a more dog friendly neighborhood, but cats have really grown on me.

Have one cat (indoor only) and she is an amazing pet. If one of us comes home she will be running around us purring/chirping until we pet her, but if someone else comes in door she sprints under the bed so it’s obvious she knows who we are. She likes to sleep by our feet and when alarm goes off she comes up by your face to get pet, but never will bother you before the alarm whether it’s 6am or 11am. She loves sitting next you on the couch, etc. She is super entertaining chasing random shadows/gnat/flies/etc around the house. Then on top of everything she is super, super low maintenance and doesn’t smell which has to be one of biggest selling points of cats. By far thing I miss most compared to dogs is not being able to go on walks and play fetch.

I'll be bringing my pet chihuahua at the beach next weekend. I'm wondering what I could bring for her so that she could tag along with me while I'm swimming, my friend suggested me to get this dog life jacket so that it be a lot safer for my pet while she is swimming with me. What do you think about the suggestion of my friend?
