Not quite that El D, but I was hoping for some sign or something that we were supposed to stay together and have a wonderful life together and I was supposed to get my dream job and live in Dallas happily ever after.
With this move I guess it's a good opportunity for my daughter to build a good relationship with her father and for me to get closer to my family and resolve some issues there.
I've been spending some time with one of my sisters that I was never really close to, and now I'm realizing we are a lot alike and deal with a lot of the same issues and can help each other grow.

I meant it when I said that I have never loved someone as much as code3, and I saw myself and my daughter all spending our lives together. I'm really missing him now. I'm missing our routine and our conversations real bad.

I think of OOT like I'm reading an evolving novel and there are all these different characters (people being helpful, trolling, being funny) and the story wouldn't come together without all the characters and their roles. I know the people behind the screen names are real, but it doesn't feel real.

I've gotten some great advice in here and awesome help with my resume, so for the most part I see OOT as a helpful place.

Seriously, you really need to start dealing with objective reality and stop living in the fantasy world you create in your head.

Everyone constructs little "wouldn't it be great if...." stories in their head, but you try to live in these ****ing fantasies and then wonder why your life isn't as great as you think it should be.

Every single person in this thread told you months, if not a year or more ago, that your relationship with Code 3 was not good for either of you and needed to end. Every single person in this thread could have told you there was a zero percent chance of a last second tearful confession/plea from him before you moved.

You either need to learn to deal with reality, or you need to basically outsource your decision making. If you continue to try to live your life with such distorted views of reality, your daughter is going to suffer a lot.
