If there are problems and drama at every place you work that prevents you from keeping a job, maybe take a look at the common denominator and see if there isn't something you can do about that.

How much do you think this affects your work relationships?

~30 people have said this in ~6 different threads over ~12 months on ~75 different occasions. It's not having an effect guys.

That case of sexual harassment should have ended in documenting the evidence, not quitting the job.

It ain't worth it to work under those conditions. Find a new job. Not worth the health risks.

There isn't drama at each place I work that keeps from keeping a job.
I left my first job because I had a newborn baby. I was traveling 100% and having people come on the road with me to take care of my baby while I worked. It just wasn't feasible to keep that job.

I left my second job for a better one and more money

Third job, company went under..laid off

Forth job...some drama, but the office I was at was going to lay everyone off regardless. My boss and his boss were trying to save their own asses--didn't work out for them either.

And, I have never had a single client that didn't like working with me or didn't like my work.

I did struggle with this last boss, but how do you handle a boss that is a complete moron telling you to do moronic ****?

How do you deal with a boss that try's to treat you less than your male coworkers when you are doing 2X the work. Keep in mind that my second boss was pissed when I left.

Mlylt,

Have you looked into opportunities with your former clients?

I would look at going to California if one of my sisters or Code3 would go with me, but i doubt they ever would. I'm too scared to move off with just me and my daughter.

The way you follow me around the threads and criticize anything I write, I doubt that you think very highly of me. But, you don't really know me at all.

I think you just need to relax a little bit, interpersonally. Since realizing I was holding people irl to difficult and hypocritical standards, I've learned to get along with people better. Like you it was never my fault, and also like you I was the common denominator.

I am now in full control over how well things may go with others. When their indecencies and inconsistencies (mainly the latter) reach critical mass I am apt to become aloof and inconsistent myself, but I no longer examine and criticize people to their faces, nor harbor much resentment, and I am much better for it.

I mean, this is pretty absurd if you think you could land a job in California (or another state) or were actually offered one.

You seem to think working in Texas is terrible but won't move because it's scary? Um....wtf? I feel like either I'm missing something obvious or this is unintentionally hilarious.

RJ,

Despite a handful of observable characteristics that would tend to cause you to think otherwise, MLYLT isn't actually an adult in any meaningful way.

Also, not that I know the implications of this, but IIRC she's also got a diagnosed mental health problem?

Moving alone away from family with a small child a few states away is scary. It's not absurd and doesn't mean I'm not a grown up.

Look, nobody is following you around.
When you post the same delusional **** all over the board, over and over, the people who frequent the board are going to comment.
Its pretty annoying (but also rather amusing) that some pretty bright people here have given lots of solid advice, pointed out ways that you can improve in some areas, and you either ignore said advice and do the opposite, or choose to remain in a state of denial and not accept any responsibility for problems that you are causing yourself.

Sure, I'm probably an ******* because I like to call out a train wreck when I see one and do more pointing and laughing than offering up heartfelt sympathy (because in your case we all know what the outcome will be), but Jesus Christ, there's a pattern here that everyone can see but you.
